The Australian Institute for Disaster Resilience Knowledge Hub is a national, open-source platform that supports decision making and contemporary good practice in disaster resilience. Their Guidance for Strategic Decisions on Climate and Disaster Risk is particularly useful.

For all your climate change science needs, go to CSIRO’s Climate Change in Australia website. CSIRO’s work is world-class. This site will provide you the latest climate change projections, guides on using those projections, and other useful resources.

Australian Urban Observatory is a digital platform that transforms complex urban data into easily understood liveability maps across Australia’s 21 largest cities.

The Victorian Centre for Climate Change Adaptation Research (VCCCAR) ended in 2014. The website remains a valuable resource for adaptation research and guides.

The Victorian Planning Policy Repository brings together resources from practitioners in local and state government, private practice, and academia. 

Finishing in 2013, Australia’s National Climate Change Adaptation Research Facility  (NCCARF) website holds some excellent research and guides for adaptation.

Future Earth Australia seeks to enable Australian researchers, governments, industry and NGOs to collaborate with each other and with international networks and programs on sustainability.
